Bulk light rum is distilled in a copper column with a 95% abv. This gives the white rum a neutral flavor. At 95% you still get a lovely rum/molasses smell, but once reduced to 40% it becomes a sweet, neutral rum/spirit.
We can ship as bulk rum 1.000 liter IBCs. A 20ft container fits 18 IBCs or 18.000 liters bulk rum.
This rum is good for low cost bar mixing. It is not an aroma rum.
